This weekend, the 11th, 12th and 13th of April, will be held the second edition of the Ruta de la Tapa of Morata de Tajunya, gastronomic event in which ten will participate catering establishments in the city preparing very tasty tapas . Participants are local Zorro Bar, Restaurant very La Tinaja, Chess Café, Bar Libra II, Bar Los Arcos, Meson El Cid, Pub Triana, The Dolphin very Bar, Pub and Bar El Duende very Corner very Raquel. A lovely initiative that for only 2 you can enjoy a lid and a bottle of beer. Traditional and innovative tapas and tripe with chickpeas cream, peppers stuffed with cod, stuffed peppers and tortillas with beef, oxtail, mushroom skewer, skewer of seared octopus with mashed potatoes or Iberian secret touch aioli.
